Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Ripped Off By Hewlett-Packard!
RAWLINS, WYOMING -- I had a Photosmart printer for six months when I purchased a new yellow ink cartridge for it, which happened to be a HP cartridge. The ink cartridge exploded in the printer and ruined it. I called the 1-800 number for tech support/repair, etc. After being rudely treated by their company, three phone calls later, because they would not return my phone call, and over six hours of phone calls I finally had to threaten to hire a lawyer because they were refusing to replace the printer. They finally agreed to replace the printer so I mailed the printer, and all six ink cartridges, back to them, which cost me over $20 to mail, and here I wait today! it has been over two months(I mailed it the first week of January 2009) and I am still waiting for my printer. Not only did the NOT send me my new printer but they kept the one that I sent back!!!
The number, on the website which has the same address, that I called is not even HPs number! That number belongs to a civilian. I want my printer NOW or I will sue them!!
