Let's Talk Complaint - Don't Use Let's Talk

COLUMBUS, OHIO -- Do not use LET'S TALK for any cell phone and service contract. We signed up with them in August, received our 2 cell phones. Well, mine did not work and instead of having some where to return it for a working phone, I had to send mine back. Well, now I am without a cell phone for 2 weeks plus. I use my cell for my business, so that was inconvenient. When I finally receive my 2nd phone, my service is horrible. Calls are being lost and at times I cannot even make a call.

Unfortunately, nothing can be done and I'm in a 2 year contract. I am supposed to get a rebate for 150.00. I then read their fine print... DO NOT send in for your rebate until after January 7 and must be before March 8 2009. Mind you, it is September now that I finally have a cell phone. Well, I forget to send it in after January 7. IDK... maybe because it's over 4 months ago and with the holidays and what not... I remember on March 10th and contact the company. TOO BAD.. 2 days late. My advice, do not use this company. They are connected to Walmart, yet when my phone did not work, I could not take it to Walmart to exchange for a WORKING phone. I believe they hope their customers forget the rebate, more money in their pocket. Never Again!

Hopefully others will learn from my mistake.
