Time-Warner Cable and Roadrunner Compliment - Persistence And Loyalty Paid With Problem Solution

REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- Time-Warner, with the exception of one on the phone tech, has excellent customer service and technicians. After 28 plus years as a satisfied cable customer, I decided to expand and add roadrunner with wireless connection on 1/9/09. The wireless was at best intermittent and at times non-existent. My home, built in 1989, did not have the appropriate wiring needed to take advantage of modern technology. After three reps came to diagnose (TW does not charge), the last Rep had the experience, patience and brains to solve the problem. Now I have cable and very rapid internet with excellent wire reception.

If at first the service is not right, it is wise to communicate, communicate and get it resolved. Time Warner was willing to work to resolve the problem at no cost. An experienced TW representative found the solution. Any company is at the mercy of its weakest link and as a customer we need to get their strongest, most experienced link. Thanks to the expertise of the last two reps and their supervisor who put their heads together to solve and correct the issue.

Now, I am very satisfied with Time Warner and look forward to a continued long-term relationship.

Very nice review. You're right, sometimes we are too quick to complain and get angry when, with the right attitude, a company may actually be willing to resolve the problem.
