cost u less insurance company Complaint - broker acted dishonestly

Review by Anonymous on 2001-06-04
SALINAS, CALIFORNIA -- the broker acted dishonestly by after receiving my dmv print out for my driving record, and seeing clearly that it stated that I could not obtain any car insurance at that time because that I needed to finish my driving class which it clearly stated on the dmv report , she obviously choose to overlook that simple detail and go ahead and tell me that she could insure me , later on she then sent a letter stating that I could not be insured until I have completed my class, but she still had already taken my money and now she states that she cannot , won't , whatever refund me my money that I gave to her entrusting that she knew what she was doing since this is her job, she acted dishonestly and I want her to refund me my money back.

It stated clearly you could not be insured? Why did you apply? How do you know she saw it?

WHY were you applying for car insurance when you knew you couldn't drive until you finished your class? If you ask me, this is all about YOUR failure to disclose this information. You think that you can trick the agent & not tell them something & that it's HER fault? You're out of your mind.
