Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Ripped off by HP
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I purchased an HP desktop in January, from HP directly. I was told by the sales representative that for $125, someone would come to my home and setup, install software, hookup my printer and make sure everything works.
Now 2 months later no one contacted me. I called HP & was told they do not send anyone out to do that and they refused to refund my $125. Has anyone else had the same or similar problem with HP?
