Nordstrom Compliment - Fantastic Return Policy For Cosmetics!

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA -- I moved recently from a hot, humid climate to a cold, dry climate. Needless to say, my skincare routine needs to change. I bought a moisturizer from Philosophy, thinking it would be perfect. But it was just NOT working and after a week of being miserable, I returned it. I HATE the thought of returning cosmetics, but I am so glad the salesperson understood my problem.
She gladly did a return and even gave me a few samples of things to try to see if something else would work. So glad to have understanding SA's!
