Startec Global Communications Complaint - Long distance quality and customer service
I call to Startec Global Communications in request to get "Elite" International long distance plan. On Startec website this plan introduced as no fee plan but when I talk to [snip] who is Startec customer service manager, they told me that this plan required Minimum Usage Fee in amount of 2.50 per month. They failed to explain why this plan introduced on their website as no fee plan. I spend one hour on the phone with them for nothing. I am going to cancel my account since they lied to me. They are not honest and not professional.
I will not recommend Startec to anyone.
