JPMorganChase Compliment - Very Helpful, Quick To Respond
FAIRLESS HILLS, PENNSYLVANIA -- I had a review about FreeCreditReport.com the other day, which right now seems to be working out. I think they get the point that I don't want their service and that I won't be charged for anything.
So anyway, I was online at that time all in a fuss because I was trying to make sure I wouldn't get charged for anything. I logged into my Chase.com account because that's the credit card they would have charged, and sent the message in around 2am with my issue. A window came up saying that I would get a response within four hours. Well I assume, okay, that's 6am local time, thats a little more reasonable than 2am to answer a message, who expects a response that late at night anyway? Well not even an hour later they responded to me saying that they can't prevent someone from charging me but I can call in a dispute if they do charge me about it. What amazed me was the very fast response time, and the fact that they actually READ my message, it wasn't some automated thing assuming what I was talking about. So I just thought I would compliment the fast online customer service that I received.
