Sears Complaint - What Happened To Sears Quality
CLARKSBURG, TENNESSEE -- Bought a Sears vacuum, it worked less than a year. They repaired it (at no charge) saying they put a new motor. Worked a few more months and did exactly same thing. They have charged me $29.00+ to examine it and tell me it needed I new motor.......and will cost $159.00. I contend that if they did replace motor and now it needs another one, that it was not repaired properly the first time. If they think I'm going to spend $159 every year to replace the motor, then they are crazy. Is the actual money they have invested in ONE Vacuum cleaner really worth the loss of a good customer and one that will not suffer silently?
I intend to contact everyone I can and post on every website I can and blog everywhere I can. Plus the list of yard equipment I had already planned to buy will now be purchased at Lowe's.
