Sprint PCS Complaint - Sprint Is A Nightmare!
My family have been loyal Sprint Customers for the past four years. Last October I upgraded my phone to a Motorola Q. The phone worked fine for about a year until I had to get it replaced with another Q because of keyboard problems. In another few months I had to get it replaced again because of service issues. A month later I had to get it replaced AGAIN because of a system glitch that would not let me activate some important menus. A week after that I had to get it replaced AGAIN! because the phone would not charge properly. Quality product huh?
This is ridiculous that they would continue to give out an obviously bad product that continues to give me many problems and headaches (and that they don't even sell anymore). I asked the last few times to get a new model of phone to solve the problem, but several requests have been denied. This seems crazy to me because I don't understand why it is a good business model to keep giving out a terrible product to their customers. They said the only way for me to get a new model phone would be to pay $200 dollars and sign up for a new two year contract.
So I decided to use a phone that I have had for 4 years sitting in an old drawer I hope that gets me by until October so I can switch to another provider, because of the way that sprint treats their customers they will not be getting my business ever again.
