Target Complaint - Unnecessary Phone Calls
PORTLAND, WEST VIRGINIA -- To whom it may concern,
It is now-- almost eight months, since I placed a call to notify managers of Target, that someone/company had illegally used my personal account information and signed me up for material which I did not purchase or receive from them.
Although, I was told that this was illegal and would be reported as fraud to the other managers.
I have since, received daily calls--- to which I have explained that this matter has been reported and should have been dealt with over eight months ago. I continue to receive these call from numerous individuals Sundays to Saturdays, including Holidays (even Christmas). These calls, I no longer reply but, they come morning, noon and night regardless the hour.
I wonder why it is taking so long for managers, to stop these calls as they must, by now surpass the cost of the charge which they have been notified about and they have also, placed on my Credit Account/Score.
This is so unfair, to me. when I did not make the charges and did report it very early on.
When are they going to stop calling and correcting this deed?
Please can I get some help here?
