24 Hour Fitness Complaint - Depost in error
On May 24th I called 24hrs fitness and I spoke with Josh who I was told was the Manager. I explain to him that On April 9th I called the facility and explain to a lady that answer the phone that Due to illness I was not going to be able to start with a trainer and to please do not deposit my checks. I was inform at that time not to worry about it, that the checks would not be deposited. On may 23rd I realized that 24hr fitness had deposited my checks after I was reasured that they wouldn't be. Josh ask to please give him some time to research this and that he would get back to me. After 2 business days had pass I called Josh and ask him for an update, Josh said that he still didn't have an answer for me and he would need to make more calls.
On may 31st. Josh told me that a Miss Ramona would give me a call back that same day. After not receiving a call from Miss Ramona, I called her the next Day, but was told that she had just stepped out and that would call me back upon her return. This went on for 1 week without a call from Miss Ramona, I finally spoke with Josh and express my concerned on how inappropriate and unprofessional Miss Ramona was handling my complaint.
On June 5th I called once more for Miss Ramona and once again she refused my call, intead she had David tell me that my problem was being handle by the corporate office and that they should call me. I thank David for the information but again express how unprofesional I felt Miss Ramona had treated me.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like to know if this is going to happend every time there is a problem. I have a lot of friends and family members that are members and are concerned on how they will be treated if they have a problem. Is this how Miss Ramona handles all members? I would really appreciate a call and a explination of why Miss Ramona treated me so unprofessional. I also want an update on my issue.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
