CitiFinancial Auto Complaint - "Management" Customer Service
I called today and spoke to a [snip] whom said she was a manager when she said her name at the top of the conversation. I asked her when they received a remaining balance of my loan from my insurance company due to a total loss accident I was in in the beginning of Feb. [snip] said that they just received it today ? I asked her why someone signed for it on the 19th, but she is saying they just got it today. That made no sense and she was talking over me and being very condescending. I just thought it was weired and wanted answers cause she was management she should know company policies right? And then I asked to talk to some other "Management " or her supervisor and she said there was nobody else to talk to.
I am appalled by her and I manage a fine dining establishment and if she treated a customer that was she would have been terminated!
