Monro Complaint - Abhorrent Customer Service By Phone

First agent I dealt with seemed nice enough, but ended up lying to me about refund amount for warranty repair, then failed to return my phone calls leaving me to deal with a guy that was born not to work in customer service. He didn't care one bit that the other agent had given me false information and he actually gave me the "silent treatment" on the phone (I never once raised my voice with him). He completely stonewalled me and couldn't have cared less about turning a customer into an embittered enemy. T

he lifetime warranties at Monro are over-rated - they end up making money off of labor costs or the fact that many states don't have Monro service centers so you're just SOL when things fail, and customer service ain't going to help you. Avoid this company!
