Carl's Jr on Micron Ave Off Bradshaw Complaint - General Manager Lacks Professionalism
SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- I was trying to order the monster breakfast sandwich with sausage and bacon and eggs at the Carls Jr on Micron ave off Bradshaw in Sacramento. When [snip] the General Manager at the drive thru window Kept fighting me about how I have to pick either sausage or bacon because there is no such sandwich. I told her I am looking at the picture of the sandwich now. She kept rudley insisting that I was incorrect and that there is no such sandwich and smugly stopped assisting me. I drove to window upset and now running late for work to tell her I can show her the picture of the sandwich its by the ordering menu, "Whats the problem". [snip] then got embarrassed and stroked her own ego by telling me she is now going to refuse service to me because I have an attitude. She walked away from window and hide herself in the back and left me waiting there at the window. I then parked and went inside to clarify that she is refusing service to me and she smirkingly said yes. She gave me the # to the complaint line not taking situation seriously at all like she gets away with mistreating customers like that all the time. I complained to the district manager Scott and was not helpful or empathetic at all about the image Carls Jr gets with allowing General Managers to work for that company and mistreat customers and refuse service to anyone they want out of spite once their level of competence is questioned.
Hopefully people can see this review and don't allow these type of situations to slide without making records of such situations so they can be seen as a pattern of mistreatment of customers by general managers of Carls Jr establishments.
