JPMorganChase Complaint - Fraudulent Acceleration Of Business Loan
DRAKE, COLORADO -- In November, 2008, JPMorganChase invoked the acceleration clause pertaining to my business loan, for no apparent reason. No missed payments, no late payments, pay down every month in addition to the interest accrued to the loan.
In December, 2008, Citigroup and American Express summarily raised the interest rates 4 and 3 per cent on my cards, respectively.
This is legalized, sanctioned theft from legislation bought in the eighties and nineties by the banking lobby. It makes me want to vomit.
I'm glad to see Dodd, among the filthiest of Senators, redeeming, or trying to redeem himself.
Once there is a tort perpetrated by JPMorganChase, significant, measurable damage, I will start filing counter petitions, and lawsuits in any court, or any jurisdiction, Pro Se, that will hear my case.
I've had it with these banks. My mission is to make JPMorganChases life as difficult as possible in the months and years ahead.
Got any dirt on Chase that I may be able to use in my filings?
