Boreal Mountain Resort Complaint - Holiday Customer Complaint
TRUCKEE, CALIFORNIA -- To management,
I am writing this complaint in regards of an incident that occurred on Saturday the 25th at your resort. I am very dissatisfied with your service at the ski check. My girlfriend and I wanted to check in our snowboards in for lunch and proceeded to. We clearly did not see an orderly line anywhere or signs to direct us to drop-off our equipment. So we followed people where an employee was taking customers snowboards and waited patiently for him to take ours. Well, this never happened because we waited right in front of this employee for a period of 10-15 minutes. We waved to him but got no response. He then headed off to another area catering to people that came obviously after us. I then proceeded to go where he was servicing and then this where it almost got out of hand.
Two teenagers insisted I cut in front of them, when I knew I was there before them. They didnt care and began to look for a fight. Well the employee saw this and absolutely did nothing about this at all. He continued to help them first and still wouldnt help us after the fact.
I work hard for my money. I want to enjoy the holidays like everyone else. I chose Boreal Mountain Resort as my first choice to enjoy oneday of snowboarding but what I got was terrible service from your resort a reminder not to go there again.
I have never complained about any service in my life but this is unexcusable. What I dont understand and maybe you should ask your employees is, if you dont want to help people and service them, why dont you quit? After all, thats what your job requires you to do. I am curious to know if anything will be done about this and how it will be handled in the future.
