Service Magic Complaint - Contractors Beware - Feeds Us Leads
Feeds Us Leads - Complaint
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I've been using Service Magic for one month now and have spent $300 in leads & only have $100 to show for it. Most of the leads they send me, especially the expensive ones, never return my call & email. I call the customer immediately to. Service Magic says that they only give 3 other contractors names out to the potential customer. So one would think that the customer would want at least three estimates especially in this economy.
My common sense tells me they are full of it. Any contractors out their with positive feedback about Service Magic?

I did the same thing for three months and will never see that money again. Tried another company called Bid Shop and paid them only after I cashed my first check. I thought that was fair.
