QVC, Inc. Complaint - Very Bad
WEST CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- I had an account a few years ago and qvc shut it down with out explaination. when I asked why they said I had been sent a letter, and I told them I had not. I waited a couple of years and opened another account last year and ordered quite a bit and only sent one item back. I had a few orders in process and I received an e-mail stating as I requested my order had been cancelled. when I inquired and stated I had not cancelled these orders I was just e-mailed back saying the items now were no longer available and my one order that they had taken out the money for and said was in process was also cancelled and I had waited quite a while for it. now I can't even get into my account. if you know someone and they can link them to you they close their account with out notice also and again no explanation. you would think they would want to work with customers and keep people. they also should not keep saying no problem if you return an item and like I stated I only returned one item as it had a problem with this last account. I don't see how they can get by with this kind of action. most businesses will try and work with people to keep their business.
I guess QVC thinks they are too big to fail and don't care if they lose customers. this needs to be looked into and something done about this kind of action being taken with out reason. this is very bad business. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH QVC.
