Kia Motors Complaint - A hubercraft would run better then this piece of crap, because that just what it is a piece of CRAP!!
I purchased my 1998 kia sephia in July 1998, that's when the problems begin. The first day that i drove the car off of the car lot, i went to put gas in it, and then when i was done the car would not turn on come to find out there was a fuse that needed to be replaced, from there on the problems just continued to pile up from the vents caving in when you try to adjust them to the brakes that i had to replace a total of 10 times, and now the check engine light has come on and the os2 sensors need to be replaced, so they were replaced and guess what????? The ENGINE light is still on!!!!! I just recently brought it to the Kia Dealership so that they could correct a total of (6)!!! recalls, they kept my car for 3 days fixing it, but when i got it back it was worse then when i dropped it off, i called the service manager and explained that my car has not worked correctly since they fixed it and he told me that i could bring it back in but i would have to pay for them to look at it, i said pay for you to look at it, you guys broke it!!!! So when i asked him for his bosses name he told me that i could call the president of the U.S. and hung the phone up right in my face, talking about great customer service it can't get no better then that, My advice to all DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KIA, ESPECIALLY KIA OF NEW LONDON!! BAD SERVICE! BAD ATTITUDE! BAD CAR!
