Volkswagen Complaint - VW is Junk! - 2009 VW CC Sport Auto
2009 VW CC Sport Auto - Complaint
The car looks good. But ...
1. The fuel economy is horrible.
2. The dash rattles.
3. The front end picks up stones easily.
4. The cornsilk interior gets dirty easily and is difficult to clean.
5. Higher insurance costs.
6. Higher maintenance costs.
7. Requires premium ($$$) gas.
8. A lot of confusing little red lights on in the interior at night -- difficult to make out what they are for.
9. The stereo volume gets bumped easily.
10. Long-term reliability is questionable.
11. The owners manual is the worst I've ever seen.
12. Volkswagen as a corporate entity is unresponsive to consumers.
13. Volkswagen dealerships (where I live) are horrible.

Did you test drive this car at all? Just about of these issues could have been exposed then.

I own this exact car and have not had one issue. Anything with a turbo should use premium gas.

I agree that VWs are junk, but only because of their quality issues. Cool car otherwise.
