Sears Complaint - No Loyalty To Their Customers
OHIO -- Sears decided that in this economy they have cancelled our account even though payments have always been made on time. Their reason is inactivity and that some of our other cards have high balances. For a 10+ year customer they didn't offer a phone call just sent a letter. Our mistake was that in the last few years we have tried to pay cash for our purchases and not run up our cards. those cash purchases have added up to some large numbers.
Well they lost a "in the building trades" customer . When we called in the response was that our account had been closed and they couldn't do anything about it. Shame on those kinds of business practices.
