Century21/Winnersville, Inc Complaint - Changing Listing Agreement After Signing - Listing Contract

Listing Contract - Complaint
Review by wally5411 on 2009-03-31
VALDOSTA, GEORGIA -- I listed my home for sale with Century21/Winnersville Inc. of Valdosta, Ga. The agent came to my home and filled out the listing agreement with his pen. He did not give me a copy. The listing was for 90 days. After 90 days I didn't want to re-new the listing. The agent then tells me I have a 6-month agreement. He E-mails me my copy of the agreement.

This copy is filled out with a typewriter. The broker sides with agent when I complain. My listing contract was literally changed after I signed it!!

Is your signature on the typed agreement? If so, then I would file a complaint with your state's realtor board that your signature was forged.
