Poor Customer Service - Complaint

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- This happen about one year ago. My sister and I were taking vacation, first of all this airline changed our flight at least five times, then just canceled that flying day all together, which meant we had to fly in a day earlier as to not miss an event. So you know what the means yes a hotel room for an extra night. We were upset but dealt with that. Next while I thought it was a blessing we were up-graded to first class, what a joke. Two female attendants accused my sister of knocking down on purpose bottles as she went to the restroom, even though they did not see her do it. So then they took it upon themselves not to give her the complimentary cocktail of her choice. I must say it hurt me to see my sister crying and stressing over something that she didn't do. She was really hurt at just being accused of something so very immature.

Oh did I mention this was our first day of vacation what a way to start off. We just vowed never to fly this airline again and to pass on the word of our experience with Air Trans Airlines.
