T-Mobile Complaint - Buyer Beware Of T-Mobile And Their Home Phone Service!
NEW ALBANY, INDIANA -- I can't tell you how upset that I am about T-Mobile in general by not informing me that their at Home phone service does not support FAXING or receiving FAXES.
We just added 3 more phones with T-Mobile for a total of 5. The home service made it six. We've spent over a $1000 in phones in the past few months alone.
I spent a week trying to get the fax to work. We even bought a new All In One machine because we thought the old one had bit the dust. Finally HP informed me that I really needed to talk with my phone service when I realized that we had just had our service ported over to T-Mobile. When I learned from T-Mobile that it didn't support faxing, you can understand how upset I am with this company.
Unfortunately we had a death in our immediate family and then the next week was spring break. So, we lost the two weeks return window because we were gone.
I would love to cancel my service with T-Mobile because of all the time and money they have cost me. I spent hours on this thinking it was just a setup issue.
I received little consolation dealing with their corporate office and their local store. The local store had patronized me and said they would make an exception and allow me to return the router for credit. They will issue a credit for the early termination. Other than that they felt no compassion to issue a credit for the month of service I'm getting billed for.
I now am getting hit with yet another reconnection charge from my cable company to have my phone ported back to them.
I'd lose $2000 if I jumped ship now with all my investment and early termination fees. If I had to do it all over again, I'd go with AT&T and iPhones!!!! It's just sickening. I'll get over it because I can't waste any more time or energy on this.
