SECO Heating, Air Conditioning And Refrigeration Complaint - Poor Workmanship From Seco Heating And Air

OROVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- System installed 08/13/07. Since then we have 5 failures of system. All due to poor workmanship at install.

2/08 Found condenser hose not connected, much rust & water damage. Had to replace motherboard & transformer.

6/08 Air conditioner shorted out, had to replace wiring and install new disconnect box.

8/4/08 Building inspector makes SECO get building permit, we paid for permit 08/07.

10/08 Flame sensor failed

10/08 Heater won't work due to SECO tech leaving piece of paper on vent at previous repair.

11/9/08 Finally got 10yr extended warranty with Trane that we paid SECO for 08/07. SECO did not take care of this until issue forced.

3/27/09 Discovered kinked drain hose, been kinked since install in 07.
Through all these problems SECO has been difficult to deal with, has the poorest customer care & workmanship I've ever known in my 70 years.

Bad SECO! We have to replace our unit soon and this is just the kind of install I'm scared of...VH review.
