Ryocigarette Complaint - The Worse Order I Have Ever Made
I ordered a Zippo lighter from ryocigarette.com for my sisters birthday, the order said that it would take 2-3 days shipping to get to her. A week later I contact the company to find out the status of my order, they hadn't even shipped it yet but they were really quick on taking the money out of my checking account. They gave me a tracking number to the USPS which it was suppose to have been shipped UPS either case when I checked the status on it they hadn't received it yet but it was scheduled to be shipped. Here it is two weeks from my initial order date and my sister still hasn't received her lighter.
I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company if you expect to get your order or at least get it on time. I will NEVER order anything from this company again!!!
