Sears Complaint - Very Bad Service
CONCORD, CALIFORNIA -- Bought a wonderful Electrolux w/d. Both white, what was delivered was a blue and white. The blues extra $. I was charged. Sears wanted me to eat the money if I kept the dryer until the white one came in. After many hours of hassling I kept the blue until the white (right one came in) when the white one came two weeks later it was gas. I sent it back. Then Sears said they charged me right and began to fight with me about that. The worst is they were both to be stacked so the doors are on the same side making it difficult for me to transfer loads from one to the other because the door is in the way. # months later I still need my items stacked. Sears promises me they will get someone out as soon as someone from the same store responds to their email.
All in all it is a night mare of an experience and I have been treated like I am the problem and have been given the run around.
