T-Mobile Complaint - Poor Contract Agreement, Customer Service, Sales Persons
MANCHESTER, CONNECTICUT -- On Feb 5 2009 we were walking through the Millford post mall in Millford when my wife was suddenly attacked by a T-Mobile sales person, who offer us a great promotion that wrecked our service and our lives cause us stress and travel 1 hour and a half 6 times to get this sales person to call them so he could tell them what he offered us...he offered us a three month no pay for a family plan..
At the time we had Sprint so we decided to switch our service because of the service plan was cheaper and the sales guy was convincing. He waive all the fees and said our bill was going to be in may offer us some junky starter phones that barely worked..5 days after we ordered 3 phones on line, a wing, a Samsung rant, a Sidekick, we had internet on the old phones but the new phones arrived it had a new contract with the sales person cost and their cost that cost $1250 dollars ridiculous when the bill should be 300 dollars.. They charged fees that didn't even exist..we talked to customer service 611 its like talking to a wall and another called the next day and the next day and so on with several different bills then they suspend our phones for no reason didn't send us an updated bill and gave us another bill that make no sense and quote we know you have credits and rebate that didn't come off the price yet but we will work this out..this is the 10TH CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAYING THE SAME THING IN 1 MONTH..AND NOTHING GETS DONE BUT THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
PLEASE TRUST ME T MOBILE IS THE NATIONS WORSE PHONE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE...NOBODY IN THEIR BUSINESS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...our service was in February from that time all we got was stress, harassing phone calls, threats, turn off our service, no notice no reason and told lets see whats going on .. We don't know how this happen thats all you hear who did this where did we got our phone when was your service turned on those are the questions we were asked several times....up until today our phone is locked off only receive call but don't send calls for no reason...T-MOBILE IS A RIP OFF......
