EliteExtreme.com Complaint - Horrible Service! - Cell Phone Covers
I have nothing good to say about this company. Over one month ago I purchased a cell phone cover from EliteExtreme.com. My credit card was charged shortly after and I expected my shipment at any time.
After over two weeks I e-mailed the support address and was informed that my purchase was on backorder (no mention of this when I made my purchase). I was told I could call the toll number and request an exchange with a complimentary item for my trouble. I called and there were approx. 4 different covers available.
I asked to cancel my order (really didn't want a cover with blue flames!) and I was informed that it was canceled. Later, I e-mailed the support address again for confirmation that my order was canceled and I was informed that it had been canceled.
I waited for a time for a credit to appear on my credit card. When there wasn't one I called the toll number again and was curtly informed that my order had shipped over a week ago and I could not be refunded unless I shipped the item back. The lady who handled my called was rude in every way. She even suggested that I was making my story up!
I am currently waiting for the product shipment that was "canceled". Hopefully, when I ship it back I get my refund!
