EliteExtreme.com Complaint - Horrible Service! - Cell Phone Covers

I have nothing good to say about this company. Over one month ago I purchased a cell phone cover from EliteExtreme.com. My credit card was charged shortly after and I expected my shipment at any time.

After over two weeks I e-mailed the support address and was informed that my purchase was on backorder (no mention of this when I made my purchase). I was told I could call the toll number and request an exchange with a complimentary item for my trouble. I called and there were approx. 4 different covers available.

I asked to cancel my order (really didn't want a cover with blue flames!) and I was informed that it was canceled. Later, I e-mailed the support address again for confirmation that my order was canceled and I was informed that it had been canceled.

I waited for a time for a credit to appear on my credit card. When there wasn't one I called the toll number again and was curtly informed that my order had shipped over a week ago and I could not be refunded unless I shipped the item back. The lady who handled my called was rude in every way. She even suggested that I was making my story up!

I am currently waiting for the product shipment that was "canceled". Hopefully, when I ship it back I get my refund!

At this point I think that you should dispute the charge with your credit card company, and forward them the confirmation of cancellation.

I seriously doubt that you will actually receive your order and they are simply trying to push you past the limit to dispute the charge so they can keep your money for nothing.

I am in the middle of the same issue. 1 month ago product was ordered. No shipment.

Don't know where you live but in my area just about every enclosed shopping mall has a kiosk selling cell phones and accessories. I recently received a new unit and next time I'm at one of the malls, I'll make my purchase there rather than do anything from a website. Won't have your disappointment/problems. Hope you get your product/refund.
