BOISE, IDAHO -- No need to repeat what others have already said (ordered, paid, then forgotten). These folks sell merchandise they don't have, and keep the money unsuspecting customers pay them. ADVICE -- WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, call this number: 212-564-0042 and ask for a refund. The woman I spoke to told me she would cancel the order and have their billing department refund the money to PayPal. SHE ACTUALLY SENT ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THE CANCELLATION/REFUND, so if I don't see the refund on PayPal, it will serve as ammunition for opening a dispute. Wish me luck.

Update 3-26-09. Still no refund, so have filed a claim with PayPal. Also as advised from other reviewers, have filed a claim with BBB.

FINALLY A REFUND, AND HERE'S HOW TO GET YOURS:

Yahoo provides check-out services for these crooks. I contacted them and told them about my order that never came, and the money they weren't refunding. Yahoo promised to help and they did so right away...two days later I had my refund. Send your complaints here:
