Joann's Fabric / Atlanta Area Complaint - Poor Service Consistently

MARIETTA, GEORGIA -- The employees at Joann's have been rude and unhelpful on several occasions and I'm finally fed up with the poor service and poor attitude of management at these stores.

Most recently I was trying to purchase some quilt batting from a large role. I went to the drapery/upholstery area to have some cut - but there was no one there. I rang the bell and waited, but no one showed up. So I went to the regular fabric cutting area and waited in line (there's ALWAYS a line) for 10 - 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn the sole employee working there told me I'd have to have the batting cut in the drapery/upholstery area. I told her I'd been there and no one was there. She replied "Well I can't cut that here - you'll have to go back there". Mind you - this is a HUGE roll of batting. Even from across the store it should have been apparent what I was purchasing.

I thanked her for telling me AFTER I had waited in line for 15 minutes, turned and left the store. I won't spend another cent at this or any other Joann's store.
