LoveMyShoes.com Complaint - This Company Stole My Money

AKRON, OHIO -- I ordered 10 pairs of shoes from this company, and paid on line. That night I remembered that I forgot one pair of shoes I asked that they add the shoes to the order. They informed me that I would have to place a new order. The website said that they do not ship for 2-3 days. So I cancelled my order the same day. That was on 2/13/09 I have called, emailed, live chat and no refund to this day. When I called in on 3/15/09 they said that they have conformation that the package was delivered to me a few days ago. I have not received any package did not sign for any package and if I cancelled 4 weeks ago why are they sending out anything I have email conformation of cancellation, and correspondence of cancellation. I have been robbed and do not know what to do. I have talked to numerous of agents who say that they will get back to you or that they do not speak English. To this day 4/8/09 no avail.

I looked up the owners of the company [snip] to file a civil suit in my home town. When they do not show up to court I will Win my judgment and damages. Do not order from this company.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, you can contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.
