BURNHAM, PENNSYLVANIA -- American General is a wonderful company to deal with. They will go out of their way to get you the loan that you need, and work with you to get the terms you can live with.
I have always had everyone be very polite, outgoing, and kind.
They return phone calls, and keep you updated as to your application proccess.

Wait until you try to refinance with another lender! I don't know how that branch is but the Palmdale ca branch is making my life a living hell! They're doing everything in their power to try to screw up my refinance so I would have no choice but to stay with them. They've even gone as far as breaching my loan contract.
