AirTran Airways Complaint - Nothing He Could Do For Me
LAGUARDIA AIRPORT, NEW YORK -- I was told by a person at their office that I would have to pay $300 more for the same ticket to go the next day. I missed the plane because the pilot decided to leave early. This is the truth and they told me I was late, even though I was there before the scheduled time for departure. My wife and daughter made the plane and then I had to park the car and missed the plane. My daughter called headquarters and tried to rebook me a flight and got now where. They told her that the person at the gate should have told me to come back for the morning flight and go as a stand by. No one told me this was available.
Every thing they told me was not true. They lie or just don't have any training in customer service. This is the Worst airline in the World.
