Calvin Klein, Inc. Complaint - Poor Quality Return - Shirt Item # 4929380
Bought a few items for my wife and this shirt was of extremely poor quality. Returned with their free prepaid return label. Was expecting my refund of $14 and instead got less than $7 returned. No where on the paperwork for the return does it state that they are going to charge me for shipping back. Very unhappy, I could have shipped it back for half of what they are charging me. Contacted customer service and was told sorry but to bad. I think it is funny that in this economic times that any company would not strive at 100% satisfaction to keep a customer.
If they won't satisfy me then they will lose me forever as a customer and I will have no choice but to contest with my credit card.
