FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- I have waited 8 weeks for a product from HomeAnnex and now that it is here it is still not what I ordered. When the ordered the item the site said that it was in stock and available in two weeks. When the second week went by I started calling to inquire about the item. After speaking to sveeral people that could not help I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one would return my call. It never happened. When I finally tricked the manager into coming on the line "by giving a false name" he put me on hold for over 1 hour while he "tried" to determine where the item was. I asked for it to be shipped over night, he said he couldn't. I asked for a refund he said I couldn't. I decided to wait for one more week as promised but it didn't arrive then either. Two weeks after that conversation my product arrived but it was not the same light! Instead of sending it back and ending up with nothing, I kept the lights but needless to say, I am extremely disappointed Never again would I use this company!
