Spirit Airlines Complaint - Bad Customer Service By Supervisor
DETROIT, MICHIGAN -- I booked a flight on WED on Thur the price dropped 107.00, supervisor [snip] was so rude to me, I asked if there was any way to get a reservation credit and he blatantly told me "NO and he was the final boss and quite rude about it, not friendly, it's bad enough getting ripped off on the price but then to be treated without an ounce of compassion and spoken to in a demeaning manner, whatever happened to trying to satisfy the consumer. In bad economic times I think that it is important to hang on to the customers you do have.
I fly Spirit quite often and I feel that perhaps they need to do some employee sensitivity training, I feel anyone should be treated with respect and courtesy in any business, after all if it wasn't for consumers flying Spirit [snip] would not have a job.
