Medco Complaint - Medco Sucks!
I am forced to use their mail order service, since they charge an arm and a leg to go to a pharmacy. So the lost my meds.. Rather then send me a replacement they used my next refill on 1 and I had to get extras until the received my new prescription on the 2nd. They promised me a credit for the 1st set that was lost. I sent them a change of billing via mail and to remove all accounts since I changed banks. Conveniently the web site will not allow me to delete credit cards. So they took the money from my new bank account and credited it back to a non existent credit card. I told them of their error they said it will be corrected in 5 days. Five days went by and I contacted them again, they said it was refunded already. I said I know to the wrong account. Believe or not this continued with me getting 2 steps forward and 5 steps backward. One person would acknowledge the request and ask for more info to where to send payment etc. then the next email would come back showing I received it on the non existent card. Back and forth for 2 weeks.
Lets see if this time took. God I absolutely had this company. BAD Customer service.
