Fort Bend Toyota Complaint - Warranty Valid Due A Aftermarket Radion Installation
RICHMOND OR SUGARLAND, TEXAS -- I took my car into warranty service after 30 months of use and 32500 miles. My instrument cluster had came loose and security warning lite retainer clip was broken. Warrant service was refuse to me installing an aftermarket stereo. The advisor advise me he had to charge me because he does do work for free. Its warranty work! Toyota still pays for the repairs when warranty work is performed by any dealer. The advisor did car about customer satisfaction and he attitude was like its my shop and I rule. At the end of the day, I inspected the instrument cluster myself and only need the hold down clip to be attached...I fixed in 2-3 minutes. I still have the security light hanging and my car is about the 36000 miles expiring my warranty.
The advisors do not know how to treat a customer. Attitude correction needed on the service advisors, they forget they are there fix problems and provide a service.
