NCO Financial Systems Informative - Rude and discourteous treatment by a manger
TEXAS -- I have communicated with several of your reps over the past two weeks since receiving a letter on 3-18-04. I talked with one rep, Ashley, who promised she would return a call on 3-22, after visiting with her supervisor. No call was made. I called again on 3-26 and was transferred to an answering machine of an individual who, I was informed later, is a supervisor. I gave my name and number as the message directed and requested a call. No such luck! On 3-29 I called again and a rep gave me another (toll free) number to call. I called that and was connected with a gentleman who was very abrupt and abrassive. I was told to, "read the letter NCO sent and send a letter." When I inquired as to his position with NCO he replied, "Management and I make a lot of money. Read your letter and send a letter. We are a public held company and I don't have time to listen to your complaint." When I objected to his treatment he said, "Read the letter and write a letter. I am hanging up on you." And, he did. When I called back and asked for the company's main office address and President's name, I was placed on hold and about 3 minutes later was cut off with a recording.
