Complaint - Credit Card Charged Prior To Ship. Long Delay Cost My Project 2 Weeks

FLORIDA -- Despite clear instructions that time was of the essence, DPO failed to even contact me to let me know that the needed item would be delivered over two weeks late. Item stated it was in stock. The delays cost me significantly and DPO failed to address the issue they caused at all. Young college girl on the phone was not very helpful or caring to rectify. Sounded like she was working out of the home.

From now looking at their website the entire company looks like 5 people. Looks like all Ferguson rejects which is what I went to the web to avoid.
