I Ordered Some Aquabrass Faucets For The Bathroom - Complaint

I have ordered a few products for a couple jobs. One other retailer DPO was 2 weeks late on my order but HomeAnnex.com has yet to deliver at all and they may have closed down permanently. They haven't answer the phone for 7 days. Last week their Toll Free number disappeared. Convenient!!! Now they site says closed for Easter or Passover for 10 days. What kind of website closes down for 10 days. How does one expect customer service if the business is closed 10 days straight? I then called Aquabrass directly and inquired where my purchase was. They told me they don't ship direct to customers and that they had cut HomeAnnex.com off for non payment and financial problems. This is sounding like there is a major problem and I am not going to get my products.

Only place I could find this brand online. I haven't seen any other complaints like mine so I don't know if they are shut down or just weeks late like other complaints over time.
