Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast TV reception is NOT good
COLORADO -- I have 2 major complaints about Comcast.
(1) Most of the time it's signal is not good on many of the channels I like best. Just because you purchase a particular bundle of channels does not mean your TV can receive them at all times. You simply pay for them whether the signal works or not. This is not acceptable and it appears that Comcast can't do anything about it.
(2) Comcast obviously cannot control the Volume of their programming, because on most channels, the Volume is too low during programs, even when set at the highest volume, and then it blasts you out of the water during all the commercials. This is something I didn't notice so much before I ordered more bundles of channels. This is very frustrating as you are constantly having to manipulate your remote control, and there is nothing you can do about the too-low volume (I have normal hearing, an am not hearing impaired).
Comcast has a long way to go in providing good programming to the public. I will end up cancelling the extra channels I bought, and will complain again about the Volume issue, but somehow I've already gotten the impression that they don't much care.
