NEWARK, CALIFORNIA -- ZipZoomFly DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE TO BE SATISFIED WITH WHATEVER THEY SEND YOU EVEN IF IT DOESN'T WORK. In fact they go out of their way to make sure that the customer has an unpleasant transaction. THEY SEEM TO HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE HIRED JUST TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER A BAD TIME. I bought an Asus netbook computer and it was delivered DOA. I immediately called and got an RMA # and returned it at my expense ($40). I was assured that a replacement would be sent as soon as their got the return. When they got the return the RMA dept. dismantled the computer and called to tell me that I had dismantled it and voided the warranty. They said Asus would not honor the warranty and they offered to send the dismantled computer back to me. Of course, I never opened the computer. The box had a factory seal on it when I opened it so it is obvious that whatever the problem was it came from the factory in that condition.
ZIPZOOMFLY WILL NOT REPLACE DEFECTIVE ITEMS. INSTEAD THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THE DEFECT. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE PEOPLE.
