Chevrolet Complaint - Chevy Blazer
MICHIGAN -- I've had problem after problem with my 2003 Chevy Blazer, and am being told that since it's a lease, that GM considers it their car, so they'll just keep repairing it. No matter what inconvenience THEIR car causes to me, the one paying the bills. I am so sick of seeing that service shop that I wish I had bought a Ford instead of my Chevy.
As it's a two-door car and I have a medical necessity that requires me to have a four-door, I have been trying to talk to someone who can help me out. No one at GM Customer Service is willing to talk to me, and the dealership will only make calls on my behalf, they won't give me a number/name to call.
