Marriott Burlington Complaint - Water - A Basic Service?
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- Shower started as a trickle - then went to full power. Would not turn off - then sink was a trickle. Complained to front desk - said I'm sorry - will send an engineer". One hour late - no engineer. Wrote to General Manager, [snip], no response!
Paid $189 and NO WATER and no complaint resolution!
Poor service, poor management!
Stayed on 3-18-09 in Room 126.
