Zenithsl.com Car Hire Complaint - Unacceptable treatment Zenithsl.com / CarHireMalaga

MALAGA -- I booked a 7 seater car with this company. My parents were joining us later in the holiday. All was confirmed and booked by Email. I had booked this car for 2 up and coming trips also and both had been confirmed to me. When I reached Malaga Airport at 11.30pm (with my 2 children 6 and 10 yrs old) I was met with a really rude representative from Zenithsl.com (also trading as CarHireMalaga.info). She told me that she could not get me a 7 seater and she had a 9 seater Van instead. I explained that I could not take the Van as my underground car park could not take a Van.
She was most abusive in her tone and really rude!

I explained that I would take the Car but if I could not get it into my Car park I would have to return it the Next Day. AT THIS STAGE IT WAS NEARLY MIDNIGHT AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN REALLY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO GET ANOTHER CAR!

She then proceeded to request €10 cash from me because it was a late flight

She also wanted €110 Cash for Diesel!

When I explained that I wasn't happy about this and the fact that I had not gotten the car I had booked she ripped up my contract and walked out of the Airport. LEAVING ME STRANDED AT 12 MIDNIGHT AND BOTH OF MY KIDS CRYING!

Another agent took pity on my children and was able to help us out!

I have never come across such bad service or such a rude woman and I would not recommend using this company
