Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy Return Fraud Ruined Credit
Bought a fridge. Paid for delivery. They put it in my driveway and refused to take it inside. I push and pull the thing inside - it was to large to fit through the kitchen doorway. Called Best Buy customer return service for item to be returned picked up/ they came got it/gave me a "return item" pink slip. I waited for credit to go on my card for the return. I never got it. I inquire Best Buy... No one knows what happened to the fridge....???? So what, cause they hired thieves to pick up and deliver their stuff, when someone gets ripped off they turn a blind eye???? Sorry I can't pay 1,000.00 For something that was returned. I tried everything, finally after many calls and no help one girl on phone in the returns department confessed to me that they had a problem with this and that many drivers were taking the items and selling them on the street... She also told me that she had my information on the computer of when I called to return and the date scheduled for it to be picked up, which corresponded to my dates, but still nothing was credited "as it was over her head"... So now it has been turned over to credit collections and they basically have washed their hands, now I have bad credit, and a very very sour taste for Best Buy!!!
Very shady people that have zero consideration for the outcome of the business they provide, and take no responsibility for their employees criminal behaviors.
