Beneficial Finance of Montana Complaint - Never Ending Loan Because Of Rip Of Interest Rate

Review by Montana on 2009-04-17
MONTANTA -- In 2000, My husband and I applied for a loan, of $5,000 through this company. We were paying over $200 a month when we had an emergency come up. We had to lower our payments, we called and ask for hardship, they gave it to us. Only to turn us over to collections. We told collection what the arrangement was, that was not an option for them. So they sent for judgment, this was all in a 6 months time. So in July 2006 we sent $4,000 on a loan that somehow grew because of the outrageous interest rate 23.266% a month. We will never be out from under this loan. To date we have paid $8,415 dollars on this a judgment amount of $7,789.08. How can this be legal. We somehow still owe $4,457.52.

So if we ever get this paid off we will have paid them over $12,000. And to think they our government just bailed out these company. We need someones help to get out from under this.

Do not do business with this company, they will rip you off.
